The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a grade 2 listed Victorian terrace in the village of Birnam. It is next door to the village shop, and is within a few yards of both the Birnam House Hotel, and the Birnam Arts Centre, both of which have excellent restaurants and bars.
The apartment is just minutes from the main A9 Edinburgh to Inverness road, a short walk from the railway station (well-served from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Inverness) and with good bus and coach links to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and beyond.

     Short Breaks    £40  per night
     Minimum stay 3 nights

The bedroom has comfortable twin divan beds, and plenty of wardrobe space.
The kitchen is well equipped, with automatic washing machine, fridge, freezer, micro-wave oven, and electric cooker.
There is a good sized bathroom with over-bath electric shower, and shaver point.
